This is where SisuLift came from

For years I built every program myself: RPEs, progressions, deloads. It all worked — but it took time, broke focus, and turned a simple thing into a needlessly complicated one.

SisuLift isn't a finished program. It's a system that tracks every set, understands your load, and suggests your next move. No rough outlines, no generic templates — just decisions based on what you actually do.

You stay in control. You accept, modify, or skip the suggestions. But you no longer have to start from scratch — or spend your time in Excel or a notebook.

Yes. You give no card details for the trial. If it's not for you, you put the app away, full stop. Billing only starts if you subscribe yourself.
It builds you a personal program based on your experience, equipment and goal. Reads your training history, adjusts the next week based on RPE and progress. You can ask it questions about your training in Finnish or English.
Especially for beginners. You don't need to know the terms, the program is chosen for you. Every exercise is instructed. The beginner program is designed so you learn the right technique first, then add load.
You can edit the program by hand any time. Swap exercises, loads, order. The AI learns from your changes and starts suggesting better next time. You're the boss.
Settings → Subscription → Cancel. One button. No chat support, no "why are you cancelling" surveys. You keep access through the end of your billing period.
