Free workout app: what the free plan includes
Short answer
SisuLift has a free plan that is permanent, needs no card and doesn’t end after the trial. For free you log workouts, build your own program for two training days, get automatic progression and deload weeks, and keep a food diary for calories and macros. The app works in Finnish and English and has no ads.
Below is the exact list of what the free plan includes, where its limits are and when Premium is worth it. No fine print.
What’s in the free plan?
- Workout logging set by set, also without a connection
- Your own program for two active training days, fully editable
- Next weights worked out automatically, plus deload weeks
- Rest timer and plate calculator
- About 100 of the most common gym exercises with instructions
- Food diary for calories and macros with Finnish food search
- Steps and heart rate from your watch or phone
- 3 questions a month to the Grind coach and a workout debrief once a week
Where are the limits?
Workout history shows one month back and nutrition history 7 days back. Nothing is deleted, and older data shows up again if you subscribe later.
Your program can have two active training days at a time. That covers two full body workouts a week or an upper and lower split. If you train three or more times a week with different workouts, you need Premium.
The exercise library has about 100 of the most common exercises. Premium has about 4,000.
What does Premium add?
- The Grind coach properly: ask about training, food and recovery
- AI planner that builds a program around your goal and equipment
- Weekly analysis and a debrief after every workout
- Intensification blocks and measured recovery from your watch
- Barcode scanning, meal recognition from a photo, fibre, salt and sugar
- Import your history from Aitofit, Hevy and Strong
- Full history and about 4,000 exercises
Premium costs €9.90 per month or €79.90 per year. In Finland the yearly plan can also be paid with ePassi or Edenred.
How does the trial work?
New users get Premium for 14 days. No card is asked and nothing is charged. The 14 days start from your first own workout or food entry, at the latest 30 days after signup.
You don’t need to cancel anything. After the trial the app moves to the free plan on its own, and your program and all your data stay.
Who is the free plan enough for?
Beginners and anyone who trains twice a week. You get a ready structure, the weights go up automatically and you see a month of progress.
If you want a coach that answers questions every day, or you train more than twice a week on your own split, you need Premium. You can try it for free.
