erittäin hyvä, ei tarvitse itse miettiä, kun sovellus tekee puolesta.
This page shows SisuLift's Google Play rating and every published written review exactly as users wrote it. Reviews are in Finnish because most of our users are Finnish, and we do not translate them: a translated review is no longer that review. Below you will also find what the reviews praise, what we hear criticism about in support, and what we have fixed because of feedback.
Tuki vastasi nopeasti jopa viikonloppuna! Ja toivotut uudet ominaisuudet tulivat parissa tunnissa käyttöön.
Tykkään sovelluksesta. Helppo käyttää ja saa hyvää buustia omaan tekemiseen. Suosittelen.
Hyvä nousujohteisen treenin apuna.
Hyvin toimiva ja kokoajan kehittyvä sovellus.
erittäin hyvä app..
Reviews are published by Google Play and shown verbatim in their original language, including grammar. Names are shortened to first name and last initial. The list contains every written review published up to the date this page was updated. The average and the rating count cover all ratings, including those without text.
We read every review and grouped them. The same themes come up in support chat and email.
The most common praise: the app gives you the workout, suggests the next weights and reps, and tells you afterwards what went well. You log, the app calculates. Tero A. put it simply: no need to think yourself when the app does it for you.
Mippe and Tytti P. mention the programs and progressive training specifically. Weekly progression proposes new weights per exercise every Monday, and the user accepts or skips them.
Heidi L. writes that having training, nutrition and cycle tracking in one app replaced three apps on her phone. Nutrition uses the Finnish Fineli food database and cycle tracking is opt-in.
Johannes L. wrote after the big updates that the app suits experienced lifters well. We hear the same in support: RPE logging, intensification blocks and deload weeks are the first things experienced users ask about.
Niko S. mentions that support replied on a weekend and the requested features were live within a couple of hours. SisuLift is built by one person in Turku, Finland, and the support chat goes straight to him.
Every written review published so far is a five-star review. The 4.7 average still tells you that some of the 44 ratings are below five. Those ratings have no text, so we cannot quote them. Instead, here is an honest list of what we get the most criticism about in support chat and email.
When history is imported from another app, some exercises match the wrong exercise, or dumbbell weights are interpreted differently than in the source. Import now has a preview and an undo, but the matches are worth checking.
Reading sleep and HRV from Apple Health or Health Connect does not always land on the right night, and changing permissions afterwards can break the read. This is the most frequent technical support request.
The first week of a new program can feel too light or too heavy when there is no history yet. The estimate calibrates after the first sessions, and you can always override a weight yourself.
Three examples of changes that started directly from a user's message. The date is the date of the feedback.
A user asked to see when base blocks, intensification blocks and deload weeks had happened and how long they lasted. The history now shows in the training phase details, the monthly calendar and the details of a single workout.
Feedback: the app split the calorie budget across meals the user never eats. Meals can now be hidden, reordered and deleted, and the budget is split only across the meals in use.
Feedback: the nutrition facts of a workplace lunch had to be typed in by hand. Now you can photograph the nutrition label or pick a screenshot from the gallery, and the entry is logged in one go.
SisuLift is available on Google Play and the App Store, and it also runs in the browser. This page shows only the Google Play rating and reviews because they can be verified publicly on the store page. The App Store has not yet accumulated enough ratings to publish.
