This page collects SisuLift's free calculators for the gym and everyday life. The free calorie calculator, TDEE calculator and macro calculator work out your energy needs with the same engine the app uses for its adaptive calorie target: Katch-McArdle if you know your body fat percentage, otherwise Mifflin-St Jeor, with daily activity and workouts itemized as separate multipliers. The calorie deficit calculator picks up where the calorie calculator leaves off and tells you how many weeks it takes and when you will reach your goal weight. The calorie burn calculator answers how much a single gym session, run or ski actually burns, and the protein calculator gives a gram amount for your weight and goal.
Strength calculators are SisuLift's home turf. The 1RM calculator estimates your one rep max with three formulas, the bench press calculator rates your bench relative to body weight, and the working weight calculator turns a max into set weights for different rep ranges and RIR targets. The same weight model sets the starting weights in the app's programs, so the calculator's number is exactly where weekly progression starts. Once you log sets in the app, it estimates a max from every set itself and you never need to test one.
Body and endurance calculators complete the set: body fat with a tape measure, ideal weight formulas and the BMI range, heart rate zones from max or resting heart rate, VO2max with three tests and Hyrox pacing for race day. Every calculator shows its result as soon as the fields are filled, stores nothing you enter and needs no sign-up. Formula sources are named on every page, and where a rating is SisuLift's own rough banding rather than a published standard, we say so plainly. The calculators work equally well on a phone and a computer, in Finnish and in English.
