How to perform

§ 02 · Steps
  1. 01

Lie on your back on the floor and place your arms by your sides with your palms lightly pressed against the floor for support.

  2. 02

Raise your legs so your hips and knees are at about a 90-degree angle, and brace your core by gently pressing your lower back into the floor.

  3. 03

Roll your pelvis backward and draw your knees toward your chest by squeezing your abs until your tailbone lifts off the floor in a controlled manner.

  4. 04

Lower your pelvis and legs back to the starting position slowly, maintaining core tension without allowing your lower back to arch.

Tips

§ 04 · Tips

Keep the movement small and controlled: lift your pelvis rather than swinging your legs. Keep your knee angle nearly the same and focus on squeezing your abs throughout the entire range of motion.
