Beginner's guide
§ 03 · GuideBuilds your abs and core control. A stronger core helps with heavy lifts and maintaining good posture.
You should feel it in your abs, especially at the end of the crunch. It should not be in your neck, arms, or lower back.
A common mistake is pulling with your arms or bending at the hips. Keep your chin neutral and bring your ribs toward your hips under control.
