Grip the neutral handles, brace your core, keep your spine neutral, and keep your shoulders down.

  3. 03

Pull the handles toward your lower abdomen by pulling your shoulder blades back together, then continue the pull by driving your elbows backward without lifting your chest off the pad.

  4. 04

Pause briefly at the end and squeeze your back muscles under control without bending your wrists.

  5. 05

Lower the handles back to the starting position under control and allow your shoulder blades to move slightly forward without losing your posture.
