Sit on a bench and place your forearms on your thighs so your wrists hang over your knees and your palms face each other in a neutral grip.

Lower your wrists under control into extension as far as your range of motion allows without losing your grip.

Curl your wrists upward while maintaining a neutral position and squeeze your forearms at the top.
