Attach a short handle to the low cable and select an appropriate weight.

Sit down and brace your forearm firmly on your thigh so that your wrist extends below the handle and your palm faces up.

Grip the handle lightly and brace your core; keep your elbow stationary throughout the movement.

Curl your wrist to raise the handle toward your elbow, squeeze briefly at the top, and lower under control into a full stretch.
