  1. 01

    Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart and lightly brace your core.

  2. 02

    Grip the dumbbells and raise your arms straight out to the sides to shoulder height, with your palms initially facing down.

  3. 03

    Rotate your arms in a controlled manner from the shoulder joints so that your palms turn up and then back down, keeping your elbows locked and your shoulders down.

  4. 04

    Return to the starting position and repeat at a steady tempo without swinging your body.
