Tips

§ 05 · Tips

Keep your core braced so the movement comes from your chest rather than your back or shoulders. Use a slow, controlled return to avoid momentum and maintain muscle tension.

A great exercise for isolating the chest and achieving a strong contraction in a low-to-high cable movement.
