Barbell Behind Back Finger Curl
This exercise targets the forearm muscles and specifically develops grip strength without elbow flexion.

Stand upright and hold the barbell behind your back with your arms straight, feet hip-width apart, and brace your core.

Grip the barbell with an overhand grip and let it roll onto your fingers until it rests near your fingertips without losing your grip.

Curl your fingers and squeeze the barbell back into a deep grip by rolling it into your palm until your knuckles rise and you feel a strong contraction in your forearms.

Lower the barbell under control back to your fingertips by opening your fingers, and keep your wrists in a neutral position throughout the movement.

Repeat for the desired number of repetitions and safely return the barbell to the rack or the floor.
