Adjust the rings to about waist height and lie underneath them on your back so your body is straight and nearly parallel to the floor.

Grip the rings with an overhand grip, pull your shoulder blades back and down, and brace your core and glutes.

Pull your chest toward the rings by bending your elbows and driving them back, maintain a neutral spine, and keep your body in one straight line.

Pause at the top, squeeze your shoulder blades together under control, and avoid shrugging your shoulders toward your ears.

Lower yourself slowly back to the starting position by straightening your arms under control, and maintain full-body tension throughout.
