What it works

Builds the chest and serratus anterior while improving shoulder blade control. That helps with push ups, bench press, and healthy shoulder movement.

What it should feel like

You should feel your chest, serratus, and some triceps. It should not mostly be in your lower back or the front of your shoulders.

Most common mistake

A common mistake is skipping the plus at the top or letting the lower back sag. Brace your core and actively push your shoulder blades forward at the end.
