Beginner's guide
§ 03 · GuideThis builds your chest and improves squeezing strength. It also helps you feel your chest better in pressing movements.
You should feel it in your chest, especially at the squeeze and stretch. It should not be felt mostly in your front delts or arms.
A common mistake is letting the shoulders roll forward and losing chest tension. Keep your shoulder blades lightly back and down, move with control.
