Stand tall and lightly brace your core before you start.

Begin running at an easy pace and keep your stride smooth so your foot lands beneath your hips.

Keep your upper body relaxed and your arms at about a 90 degree angle. Swing them straight forward and back without letting your shoulders rise.

Maintain a steady pace and breathing throughout the run, and keep your core braced to maintain good posture.

Finish by gradually slowing your pace and walk for 2–5 minutes to bring your heart rate down.
