Beginner's guide
§ 03 · GuideThis exercise strengthens your quadriceps and improves knee extension strength. It helps with squats, stairs, and running.
You should feel it in your quads. It should not feel like your knees or momentum are doing the work.
A common mistake is swinging the weight up. Keep your hips on the pad and move only at the knees, lower the weight if needed.
