How to perform

§ 02 · Steps
  1. 01

Sit in the lever ab swing machine with your back firmly against the pad and your feet securely positioned according to the machine's setup.

  2. 02

Grip the handles, pull your shoulder blades down, and brace your core before starting the movement.

  3. 03

Pull the handles forward and down in an arc using your abdominal muscles, allowing your spine to round in a controlled manner while keeping your pelvis still without bending at the hips.

  4. 04

Pause briefly at the bottom position and squeeze your abs hard without pulling with your neck or using momentum.

  5. 05

Return the lever slowly and under control to the starting position, maintaining core tension throughout the entire range of motion.

Keep your chest down and your chin in a neutral position so the movement targets your abdominal muscles rather than your neck. Adjust the load so you can perform a slow lowering phase without using momentum.
