How to perform

§ 02 · Steps
  1. 01

Stand facing the landmine with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold the end of the bar with both hands in front of your chest, keeping your elbows slightly bent.

  2. 02

Brace your core and keep your hips and chest as still as possible in a neutral position.

  3. 03

Rotate the bar in a controlled arc toward the outside of one hip, allowing your upper body to rotate only as far as you can maintain core control.

  4. 04

Return the bar to the center and rotate to the opposite side, keeping the movement smooth and your lower back in a neutral position.

Tips

§ 04 · Tips

Keep your knees slightly bent and allow your feet to pivot if needed so the rotation doesn't force your lower back. Don't let the bar pull your shoulders forward; keep your shoulder blades lightly pulled back and together throughout.
