    Sit on the floor with your knees bent and hold a kettlebell with both hands in front of your chest.

  2. 02

    Lift your feet slightly off the floor or keep your heels on the ground, and brace your core to keep your back in a neutral position.

  3. 03

    Lean your upper body back slightly and rotate your torso in a controlled motion from side to side, moving the kettlebell past your hips from one side to the other.

  4. 04

    Keep the movement slow and controlled, exhale during the rotation, and return to the center before the next repetition.

Keep your chest up and avoid rounding your lower back so the rotation comes from your thoracic spine. Don't rush the movement; pause briefly at the end of each rotation and keep the kettlebell close to your body.
