How to perform

    Stand with a wide stance over two kettlebells and hinge at the hips, keeping your back in a neutral position.

    Grip the kettlebell handles, brace your core, and keep your neck in line with your spine.

  3. 03

    Row one kettlebell toward your side with your elbow close to your body, and pull your shoulder blades back and down at the top.

  4. 04

    Lower the kettlebell under control and return it to the floor, keeping your hips and chest steady.

  5. 05

    Switch sides and continue alternating at the same pace.
