Kettlebell Goblet Squat Mobility
This exercise improves ankle, hip, and squat mobility while your quadriceps do the work.

Stand with your feet wider than shoulder-width apart and hold the kettlebell in a goblet grip in front of your chest with your elbows pointing down.

Inhale and brace your core, then lower yourself under control into a deep squat with your knees tracking over your toes and keep your heels on the floor.

In the bottom position, keep your chest up and your thoracic spine long, relax your hips, gently press the inside of your knees with your elbows, and make small side-to-side weight shifts to improve mobility.

Push the floor away and stand up while maintaining core tension, return to the starting position, and repeat.

Tips
§ 04 · TipsKeep the kettlebell close to your chest and avoid rounding your back in the bottom position. If your heels lift, reduce the squat depth and perform slow, controlled weight shifts.
