Front Plank Toe Tap
This exercise improves your abdominal muscles' ability to resist rotation and enhances hip stability using only your body weight.

Get into a forearm plank with your legs straight and toes on the floor. Brace your core so your body forms a straight line.

Keep your hips still and avoid bending at the hips. Shift your weight under control just enough to lightly lift one foot off the floor.

Tap the floor slightly out to the side with the toes of the lifted foot, then return your foot to the starting position without letting your lower back arch.

Repeat with the other leg, alternating sides, and keep your core braced throughout the entire set.
