    Kneel on the floor and roll the EZ bar in front of you, holding it with a shoulder-width grip.

  2. 02

    Extend your hips and brace your core, keep your back neutral, and look at the floor.

  3. 03

    Slowly roll the EZ bar forward and allow your shoulders to move forward until you feel a strong stretch in your abs without letting your lower back arch.

  4. 04

    Pause the movement under control and pull the bar back in front of your knees by bracing your abs, maintaining a neutral spine.

Think about gently drawing your pubic bone toward your navel, and keep your glutes tight throughout the movement. Shorten the range of motion immediately if your lower back starts to arch or your rib cage flares.
