How to perform

§ 02 · Steps
  1. 01

    Set up in a side plank on your forearm, place your elbow directly under your shoulder, and keep your legs straight and stacked.

  2. 02

    Brace your core, keep your hips lifted and your spine neutral, place your free hand behind your head, and keep your elbow flared out.

  3. 03

    Draw your top knee toward your chest while performing a side crunch, bringing your free elbow toward your knee with controlled movement and squeezing at the top.

  4. 04

    Slowly return to the starting position by straightening your leg and opening your upper body, maintaining hip alignment and core tension.

Do not let your hips rotate or drop during the movement. Keep your side body long and your body in a straight line. Perform the repetitions slowly and with control, without using momentum, so you feel the work in your abdominal muscles.
