How to perform

§ 02 · Steps
  1. 01

    Set up in a high plank with the dumbbells under your hands, wrists under your shoulders, and your feet in a wide stance for better stability.

  2. 02

    Brace your core and keep your hips and chest level so your torso does not rotate.

  3. 03

    Row one dumbbell toward your side, pull your shoulder blade back, and keep your elbow close to your body.

  4. 04

    Lower the dumbbell back to the floor under control and distribute your weight evenly between both hands.

  5. 05

    Alternate sides and maintain the plank position throughout the entire set.

Keep your feet wider apart and squeeze your glutes firmly to prevent your hips from rocking. Row at a controlled pace and pause briefly at the top so the weight does not hit the floor.
