Set an incline bench to about a 30–45 degree angle and hold a dumbbell in each hand, with your feet planted firmly on the floor.

Pull your shoulder blades back and down, brace your core, and keep your chest up.

Lower the dumbbells under control out to your sides and slightly downward toward your hips, keeping a slight, fixed bend in your elbows.

Raise the dumbbells back up in an arcing motion toward your upper chest and squeeze your chest muscles at the top without letting the dumbbells touch.

Move straight into the next repetition, maintaining tension in your chest throughout the entire set.
