Dumbbell Decline Overhead Sit-up

How to perform

    Lie on a decline bench with your back against the pad, secure your feet firmly under the rollers, and brace your core.

  2. 02

    Hold a dumbbell with both hands and raise it overhead with your arms straight, keeping your shoulders in a stable position.

  3. 03

    Raise your upper body in a controlled motion by contracting your abs, and keep the dumbbell directly overhead throughout the movement without letting your arms move forward.

  4. 04

    Lower your upper body slowly back to the bench, and keep your lower back in a neutral position throughout the movement.
