Stand sideways next to the cable with your feet shoulder-width apart and your knees slightly bent.

Grasp the cable handle with both hands and raise your hands to chest height, keeping your elbows slightly bent.

Brace your core and rotate your torso away from the cable in a controlled manner, feeling the contraction in your abdominal muscles.

Keep your hips still and do not rotate them with the movement; make sure the movement comes from your upper body.

Return to the starting position in a controlled manner while inhaling, then repeat for the desired number of repetitions and switch sides.

You should feel it in your abs, especially the obliques. It should not be felt mainly in your lower back or arms.
A common mistake is rotating the hips with the movement. Keep your hips still and rotate through your upper torso with control.
