Stand in front of the cable with your feet shoulder-width apart and attach the low handle to the cable at hip height.

Grip the handle with an underhand grip and keep your elbows close to your sides, with your shoulders relaxed and without excessively pulling your shoulder blades together.

Brace your core and curl the handle by bending your elbows, focusing on squeezing your biceps.

Lower the handle back to the starting position under control and control the stretch in your biceps, preparing for the next repetition.
