What it works

This builds your hamstrings and glutes while improving hip hinge strength. It helps with lifting and everyday bending.

What it should feel like

You should feel the stretch and work in your hamstrings and glutes. It should not feel like your lower back is doing most of the work.

Most common mistake

A common mistake is rounding your back or going too low. Start light and stop where you can keep a neutral spine.
