Band Standing Chest Press

How to perform

§ 02 · Steps
  1. 01

    Stand in front of the resistance band and anchor it behind you at chest height. Step forward and adopt a balanced staggered stance.

  2. 02

    Grip the ends of the resistance band and bring your hands to the sides of your chest. Keep your elbows at approximately a 45-degree angle and gently pull your shoulder blades together.

  3. 03

    Brace your core and press your hands straight forward at chest level without allowing your shoulders to rise.

  4. 04

    Squeeze briefly at the front, then slowly lower your hands back to the starting position. Maintain the same body position and core tension.
