Set up in a deep lunge on the floor with the front foot flat and the back leg extended behind you on the ball of the foot.

Place one hand on the floor inside the front leg and reach the free hand down beside the front ankle or shin.

Sweep the free arm forward and up in a wide arc as you rotate your chest open toward the ceiling.

Keep the supporting hand grounded and let your eyes follow the moving hand to the top position.
- 05
Lower the arm back down with control to the start and repeat for 5–8 reps before switching sides.
