    Stand tall and brace your core before you start moving.

    Start running with a light stride, keep your gaze forward, and keep your chest open.

  3. 03

    Keep your stride smooth and aim to land on your forefoot or midfoot so that your knee tracks in line with your toes.

    Swing your arms naturally forward and back close to your body, and keep your shoulders down without unnecessary tension.

  5. 05

    Slow down under control and finish by walking, maintaining a light core brace until the end.
