How to perform

  1. 01

    Wear a helmet and adjust the saddle height so that your knee remains slightly bent at the bottom of the pedal stroke.

  2. 02

    Mount the bicycle and place your feet on the pedals so that your knees track in line with your feet.

  3. 03

    Brace your core and begin pedaling at a steady cadence while keeping your hips stable on the saddle.

  4. 04

    Keep your upper body in a neutral position and pull your shoulder blades back slightly. Adjust the resistance with the gears to match the terrain.

  5. 05

    Stop pedaling in a controlled manner, brake safely, and dismount the bicycle with stability.
