How to perform

§ 02 · Steps
  1. 01

    Face the sled and grip the sled push bars at shoulder width.

  2. 02

    Lean your body forward at a 30–45-degree angle and brace your core to keep your back neutral.

  3. 03

    Drive through your legs to push the sled forward: take short, powerful steps and maintain controlled heel-to-toe contact.

  4. 04

    Keep your hips and knees aligned and your gaze slightly forward and down as you continue pushing at a steady rhythm.

  5. 05

    Stop the sled under control and walk back to recover before the next repetition or distance.

Keep your arms nearly straight and let your legs do the work so the load stays on your quadriceps. If your back rounds or your stride becomes too long, reduce the weight and brace your core more firmly.
