Plank Lateral Raise

Get into a high plank with your palms under your shoulders and your feet hip-width apart.

Brace your core and keep your hips level without rotating.

Raise one hand out to the side to shoulder height with your elbow nearly straight, and squeeze your shoulder in a controlled manner.

Slowly and controllably lower your hand back to the floor, then repeat on the other side.
