Adjust the machine so you stand securely on the pedals and the handles are at a comfortable height.

Grip the handles and brace your core. Keep your chest up and your pelvis in a neutral position.

Press one pedal down in a controlled manner and allow the other to rise. Keep your knee aligned with your toes without locking it.

Alternate sides rhythmically and keep the movement smooth throughout the full range of motion without bouncing.
