Stand in front of the end of the landmine bar with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding the bar in front of your chest with both hands.

Brace your core, keep your chest up, and let your knees track in line with your toes.

Lower into a squat under control as deep as your mobility allows without rounding your lower back.

Drive through your heels to stand back up and return to the starting position, squeezing your quadriceps at the top.

§ 04 · TipsKeep the bar close to your chest and your elbows slightly in front to help maintain an upright torso. If your knees cave inward, reduce the load and focus on pushing your knees outward in line with your toes.
