Stand with your feet hip-width apart using bodyweight only, toes slightly turned out, and brace your core.

Lower into a squat under control, keeping your chest up and your knees tracking over your toes until your thighs are about parallel to the floor.

Drive forcefully through the floor with your legs and jump straight up, fully extending your ankles, knees, and hips.

Land softly on the balls of your feet and roll your heels down, bend your knees and hips to absorb the impact, and immediately begin the next rep.

§ 04 · TipsKeep each rep explosive and end the set if your landings become heavy or your knees stop tracking properly. Maintain a neutral spine and avoid posterior pelvic tilt (butt wink) at the bottom.
