Heel to Heel Tap

How to perform

  1. 01

    Lie on your back, bend your knees, and keep your feet flat on the floor hip-width apart.

  2. 02

    Brace your core and keep your lower back neutral. Lift your shoulders slightly off the floor and keep your chin slightly tucked.

  3. 03

    Reach your right hand toward your right heel and tap it, maintaining steady breathing and a controlled body position.

  4. 04

    Return your hand to the center, then reach your left hand toward your left heel and tap it. Continue alternating for the desired number of repetitions.
