§ 01 · MusclesHow to perform
§ 02 · Steps- 01
Step onto the elliptical and place your feet on the pedals so your weight is distributed evenly across each foot.
- 02
Hold the handles with a light grip and brace your core: keep your core tight and your chest neutral without overextending.
- 03
Begin the movement by pushing and pulling the handles in rhythm with your stride, keeping the motion smooth and your knees aligned with your toes.
- 04
Adjust the resistance and, if needed, the incline so you can maintain a controlled pace without your hips starting to sway.
- 05
Finish by gradually reducing your effort, and step off the machine only after the pedals have come to a complete stop.
