What it works

Builds your quads, glutes and balance. It improves single leg strength that carries over to daily movement and heavier leg lifts.

What it should feel like

You should feel it mostly in your quads and glutes. It should not feel like strain in your lower back or sharp pain in the front knee.

Most common mistake

A common mistake is letting the front knee cave in or taking steps that are too short. Keep the knee tracking over the toes and move with control.
