Brace your core and let your arms hang straight beneath your shoulders with your palms facing each other and your shoulder blades down.

  3. 03

Raise the dumbbells back and out to the sides in a skier-like motion, bringing your hands past your hips and performing a reverse raise while keeping a slight bend in your elbows.

  4. 04

Pause at the top and squeeze your rear delts without letting your lower back or upper traps take over the movement.

  5. 05

Lower the dumbbells back to the starting position under control and repeat.
