Stand with your feet hip–shoulder-width apart and your weight centered over your feet.

Hinge at your hips and lower into a half squat, keeping your back neutral and bracing your core. Reach your hands toward the floor.

Drive forcefully through the floor with your legs and explosively extend your ankles, knees, and hips to jump.

Land softly on the balls of your feet, rolling through to your whole foot, and absorb the landing by immediately returning to the hip-hinge position for the next repetition.
