How to perform

§ 02 · Steps
  1. 01

Stand facing away from a high cable pulley with the rope attachment connected. Take one or two steps forward so your back is toward the cable.

  2. 02

Grip the ends of the rope and raise your hands overhead so your elbows point forward and stay close to your head. Brace your core.

  3. 03

Push the rope upward and slightly forward by fully extending your elbows without moving your upper arms.

  4. 04

Return to the starting position under control by bending your elbows until you feel a stretch in your triceps, and maintain the same body position.
