Stand in the middle of the cable station and grasp the opposite cable handles so your arms cross in front of your chest. Place your feet shoulder-width apart and keep a slight bend in your knees.
- 02
Grip the handles with your elbows slightly bent (~15–30°), brace your core, and hinge slightly at the hips while keeping your back neutral.
- 03
Pull your arms out to the sides and slightly backward, keeping your shoulder blades pulled together throughout the movement. Focus on squeezing your rear deltoids, and avoid shrugging your shoulders or using momentum.
- 04
Return your arms to the starting position under control, feeling the stretch in your rear deltoids, and prepare for the next repetition.
