Adjust the standing rear kick machine to fit you and stand against the support pad with your foot on the lever's footplate.

Grip the handles, brace your core, and keep your hips level without bending at the hips.

Drive your working leg backward and slightly upward against the lever until you achieve a strong glute squeeze without arching your lower back.

Pause briefly at the end position and keep your knee slightly bent; do not lock your joints.

Return your leg to the starting position under control and keep the tension on your glute throughout the entire range of motion.
