Grip the handles, brace your core, keep your chest up, and pull your shoulder blades slightly back and down.

  3. 03

Pull the lever down in an arc toward your hips with a slight bend in your elbows, and keep the movement at the shoulder joint without swinging your body.

  4. 04

Tips

§ 04 · Tips

Keep your wrist and elbow angle nearly unchanged, and think of your arms as hooks throughout the pull. Do not hyperextend your shoulders at the top; stop the movement before your shoulder joints begin to roll forward.
