  1. 01

Stand with your feet hip-width apart and place a dumbbell on the floor between your feet.

Grip the dumbbell with both hands, brace your core, push your hips back, and hinge at the hips. Keep your back neutral.

  3. 03

Swing the dumbbell back between your legs and load your glutes and hamstrings without squatting deeply.

  4. 04

Drive your hips forward explosively and squeeze your glutes hard, allowing the dumbbell to rise to chest height while keeping your arms relaxed.

  5. 05

Lower the dumbbell under control back between your legs and repeat in a smooth, rhythmic motion.
